Where are our products made?
Our products are made by our own company, they are made by skilled crafts men and women that love and enjoy working with wood and pride themselves in taking their work to every part of the world.
We are established in Torreon, Mexico.
How do I know the correct mirror size to buy?
We suggest doing this actions to ensure the best size is chosen for your product:
- Take your time to measure the space where you are planning to install your chosen product and write the measurements down.
- Use a template from whatever material you can, it could be newspaper, paper, carton or other. Even you could use the tape measure and place some marks or a visual element to see the limits.
- Take a few steps back and take a look.
How do I hang my product? Is this difficult?
At Macavian we want to make installing the easiest as possible as we can.
We provide (depending on the product):
- wall anchors
- hanging clips
- real size template
- square tip
You will also have access to specific videos of your product you can download at our product specs were you can see how to install.
You will need (depending on product):
- Tape measure
- Hammer (for wall anchors)
What if a product is out of stock?
Let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org of your interest in any product out of stock and we will get back with an estimate date for you.
Do you make custom products?
No, we dedicate ourselves to carefully design and craft pieces that will go to our collections.
How should I clean my product?
All of our products should be cleaned with a semi-wet cloth or light towel. That´s the best way to maintain the natural veneers we use for a long long time.
Dust with a clean, dry cloth; avoid cleaning agents and polishes with harsh chemicals and abrasives.
For a deeper cleaning use a damp cloth, NO cleaning agents, waxes or polishes.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Amex and Crypto payments.
Depending on your country we work with local payment options as well to make it easier for our customers.
How do I check the status of an order?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after an order is placed. And a second e-mail once your order has shipped for you to follow up.
Are there any taxes or duties to be paid while buying a product?
Depending on your country of residence or the country where the product will be going there might be taxes/duties to be paid.
At our checkout those will be calculated for you before the final payment.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, if you need to cancel your order be sure to do it before 24hrs after your purchase. After this your order will be processed for delivery and you will not be able to cancel the order and a refund should have to be applied once the product arrives with you.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we have worked with logistics suppliers to be able to reach almost every country. To see if your country is eligible check in our checkout section where shipping fees will be calculated.
How long does delivery take?
We take 2 business days to process every order, plus 2-6 business days for the order to arrive.
Can I change/set my delivery date?
Once the order has made we will take 2 business days to process the order and the courier company takes between 2-6 business days to deliver.
If the lapse timing resulting of this does not work for you, then please contact us before 24hrs after placing your order.
This way we can ship the product according to your needs.
We can´t control the timing of the courier, but we can control the timing of the shipping made by us.
Can I track my delivery?
Sure, you will receive an e-mail once the product has shipped with a tracking number for you to track.
Duties and Taxes
How can I calculate duties and taxes in my country?
Macavian will take care of the calculation for duties and taxes that apply after adding your shipping address at checkout.
When will I have to pay the duties and taxes?
Once you enter your shipping address, shipping, duties and taxes will be calculated and added to your checkout process.
After this, just check out and that´s it!
You are all set to receive your products with shipping, duties and taxes already paid for.
Something else I need to know?
It´s important to note the following:
The goods will be imported on behalf of the buyer. The buyer authorizes Macavian to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the buyer agrees that Macavian may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker).
Duties and taxes are calculated and included in the total cost of your purchase and are paid for by the buyer, along with the purchase price of the goods, at the time of checkout.
What happens if my mirror arrives damaged?
We work with a certified packaging company and have several quality control checks implemented. Even though accidents can happen. Please check out our Returns guideline page for more directions.
Is there a charge if I want to return a product?
No, we don´t charge a restocking fee is you didn´t like your mirror. But all logistics costs of sending the mirror back to us have to be covered by the customer.

Do I need to keep my packaging for any type of return?
Absolutely, for any type of return we will ask for the product to be packed in it´s original packaging.
