Returns

There are 2 types for returns we accept with different policies each:

1-Returning a damaged item

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
It is vitally important that you open and inspect your products as soon as you receive them and report any damage to us no later than 7 days of receipt.

Mirrors that have been hung will not be accepted as damaged items.
For damages reported within 7 days of receipt, a free of charge replacement will be offered.
**Any damages reported after 7 days of receipt, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a replacement.**

The quickest and easiest way to report damaged items within 7 days is to email info@macavian.com providing images of the damage to the mirror and the order number. Once the damage has been confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement free of charge. As for the damaged mirror, we’ll either arrange collection, or ask for you to dispose of your goods (please never dispose of goods without our notification).

2-Returning an unwanted item

If you aren’t happy with your mirror, we offer a 14 day returns and refund policy.  
All we ask is that the mirror:
-Hasn’t been hung
-Is not damaged in any way
-Does not show any signs of wear
-Is in the original packaging
Please take images to show this requirements before repacking your mirror for return.
Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment.

Please note, you as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.
There will not be a restock fee % from our side.
**Any return made 14 days after the item was delivered, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund for it.**
 

Things to note:

  • Regarding unwanted items, we’re more than happy for you to unpack and inspect your items but if you have hung your mirror we won’t be able to offer you a refund.
  • All returned items must be re-packed securely using the original product packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refund on any item returned in a non-resaleable condition.
  • We cannot accept returns in person at our warehouse
  • Every tree even thought of the same type/family has distinctive differences, which make it unique and special. Thanks to this uniqueness you can note the following:
    • Wood grain: wood veneer may vary depending on the tree
    • Wood color/finish: the look and finish color might vary depending on the wood grain of the tree
